EV Charger Installation

Rewires

If your property is more than 25–30 years old and hasn't been rewired, the electrical system may no longer meet current safety standards.

We carry out full and partial rewires, working efficiently to keep disruption to a minimum. Common signs you might need a rewire include frequent tripping, discoloured sockets, flickering lights, or an old-style fuse box with rewirable fuses. Every rewire is fully tested and certified on completion.

Electrical Certificates & Testing

Electrical certificates confirm that your property's installation is safe and compliant.

We provide EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports), electrical installation certificates for new work, and minor works certificates for smaller alterations. EICRs are a legal requirement for landlords in England and are recommended for homeowners every 10 years or when purchasing a property.

Consumer Unit Upgrades

Your consumer unit is responsible for distributing power safely and protecting against faults.

If yours is outdated, it may not provide adequate protection against electric shocks or fire. We upgrade old fuse boxes to modern consumer units with RCD protection — usually completed within a day, with full testing and certification included.

Heating Controls

The right heating controls improve comfort and reduce energy costs.

We install smart thermostats from brands like Nest, Hive, and Tado, upgrade programmable timers, and wire in full heating control systems including zone controls for larger properties. We also handle boiler interlock and TRV compliance to ensure your system meets current Building Regulations.
